Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: The only items eligible for return are popsockets that arrive damaged or defective. All other products (stickers, bookmarks, custom handmade items, and accessories) are final sale and non-returnable.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, popsockets must be:

In the same condition you received them.

Unused, undamaged (except for the reported defect), and in their original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate and approve the return.
How to Start a Return
Email us at titanessreads@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
If approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the popsockets are confirmed defective/damaged, we will process a refund or replacement once the item has been received and inspected.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Stickers, bookmarks, charms, and other handmade or custom items are final sale.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take extra time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.
