We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the U.S. mainland.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Titaness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at titanessreads@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

Only damaged popsockets are eligible for return/refund (see Refund Policy).
International Shipping
At this time, Titaness only ships to Puerto Rico and the U.S. mainland. We do not currently offer international shipping.
