Processing Time

  • All items are handmade and cut to order.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the U.S. mainland.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days

    • U.S. Mainland: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal volume.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Titaness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • The shipping carrier

  • Weather or natural events

  • Customs or postal inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Titaness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at titanessreads@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Only damaged popsockets are eligible for return/refund (see Refund Policy).

International Shipping

At this time, Titaness only ships to Puerto Rico and the U.S. mainland. We do not currently offer international shipping.
