Welcome to Titaness! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Titaness. Titaness operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Titaness is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, territory, or province of residence, and that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision.

To purchase from Titaness, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

  • All Titaness items are handmade and cut to order in Puerto Rico. Each product may have slight variations, making every piece unique.

  • Colors and product appearances may differ slightly depending on your screen, device, or materials available.

  • We do not warrant that any product will meet your specific expectations.

  • Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Titaness reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Because our products are handmade, cancellation requests after 24 hours may not be possible.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK]. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • Posted prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs, or import charges.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information.

  • By submitting payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges, including shipping and taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (processing does not include shipping time).

  • We ship from Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates: 2–5 business days within Puerto Rico; 5–10 business days to the U.S. mainland.

  • Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

  • Titaness is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Only popsockets that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for return.

  • Stickers, bookmarks, accessories, and other handmade items are final sale and non-returnable.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at titanessreads@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If approved, you must return the item in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All names, logos, designs, content, and products on Titaness are the intellectual property of Titaness or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

SECTION 8 - SHOPIFY RELATIONSHIP

Titaness is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make are directly with Titaness. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or transactions. By using our Services, you expressly release Shopify from all liability relating to your use of Titaness products.

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titaness, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the Services or products.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States. You and Titaness consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts located in Puerto Rico.
